Shipping Terms
Made4Me warrants that it will make its best efforts to ship orders within three weeks after they are placed. Typically, goods are dispatched within a few days, and standard delivery times range from 2 to 4 days. However, in certain circumstances, shipment and delivery may take up to three weeks. Customers and Made4Me may agree to more specific delivery times and terms in a separate writing or agreement, such as a request for express shipping.
Since all orders placed on Made4Me are for made-to-order, customised or bespoke products (Made-to-Order), the estimated delivery / ready for collection times will be generated / inidicated when you place the order, depending on the number of products included in one order, as well as other factors or requests that may impact the manufacturing time. We will always do our best to deliver / ready within the estimated timeframes but please note that such estimated delivery times are estimates only, and are not guaranteed[, and you will receive a futher notification from either us or our partner delivery company once your order is on your way]
Staff from delivery company will contact you by phone, SMS or Whatsapp at the day of delivery. Delivery company will not proceed delivery for order cannot contact receiver. Those order will be delayed or returned.
Shipping Provider
Made4Me will utilize a shipment service provider of its choosing for delivery.
Shipping Location
1. Delivery service is available for local address in Hong Kong only. No delivery service for any address outside Hong Kong.
2. Except for Clause 3 below, we offer delivery in Hong Kong free of charge.
3. Delivery service cannot deliver to [the restricted area, remote area (e.g. country park) and outlying islands (except Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Ping Chau, Lamma Island and Ma Wan) and areas required special permission for vehicle access (including Wong Shek Pier in Sai Kung).]
"All Sales Final" Policy
We take pride in producing high-quality custom apparel and delivering them on time. Therefore, once an order is placed and confirmed, it is considered final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
