Your sensitive data
We don’t collect any “sensitive data” about you (like racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious/philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, health data, data about your sexual life or orientation, and offences or alleged offences).
Children’s data
Made4Me and its services are intended for use only by those who are 18 years of age or over. We do not target Made4Me at children, and we do not knowingly collect any Personal Data from any person under 18 years of age.

We may collect your Personal Data when:
(a) you submit data to us for the purposes of opening a user account;
(b) you interact with us (for example, via emails, messaging platforms, social media platforms, telephone or video calls, physical meetings, etc.);
(c) you undertake any actions or transactions using our Platform or use any underlying services, functions, features or materials on the Platform;
(d) you authorise us to obtain your Personal Data from a third party;
(e) you request to be contacted or included in an email;
(f) your images are captured via photographs or videos taken by us or our representatives when you attend events organised by us;
(g) you attend events or functions organised by us; and/or
(h) through the use of cookies (or similar technology) when you use our Platform.

10. Where do we store your data?
The Personal Data you provide to us will be transferred to and stored with a cloud service provider with servers that are generally located in Singapore. Where your Personal Data will be transferred to a country outside of Singapore, we will ensure that the recipients in that country will provide your Personal Data with a standard of protection that is at least comparable to the protection under all applicable personal data protection laws.
11. How long do we keep your data?
We will only retain your Personal Data until it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves any of the purposes for which your Personal Data was collected and is no longer necessary for legal, compliance or business purposes. We will either irreversibly anonymise or securely destroy your Personal Data once we no longer need it.
